My work is currently community-based. I facilitate and tutor a long-running disabled writers' group, and produce and edit One-in-Eight, a magazine designed and written by disabled people. I'm a regular contributor of short fiction to two national publications. Short story and essay prizes include Malton Festival, Cafe Writers, and the Mencap Prize. My poems have been published in several magazines, including Poetry Life, and my haiku have appeared in Wingbeats, The Irish Haiku Journal, New Hope International, and The Art of Haiku 2000.
