CLEAN ‘UNCLEANABLE’ OPTICS AND PRECISION SURFACES WITH FIRST CONTACT POLYMER™!

FIRST CONTACT Polymer™ Solutions safely clean and protect nanostructures, precision surfaces, optics, glass, fused silica, silicon, crystals, non-linear crystals, metals, Ge, ZnSe, NaCl, KBr, KRS-5, first surface mirrors, telescope optics and precision aerospace surfaces. First Contact™ polymers also clean and protect diffraction gratings, phase masks, and pinholes! Smooth or rough, flat or curved; AR and reflective coatings, all surfaces can be safely, easily cleaned and protected with FIRST CONTACT™. The fluid solution conforms to any contour, including nanostructured features, dries, and then the polymer film releases easily.

GET ‘NEXT GENERATION’ CLEAN! PREVENT RECONTAMINATION!

Photonic Cleaning Technologies provides non-toxic, inert polymer systems designed to remove dust, fingerprints, residues and contaminants from delicate, sensitive, and precision surfaces without scratching or damage. First Contact™ polymer film protects optics from physical and chemical damage in assembly, shipping and storage.

First Contact™ products are marketed in the UK and Ireland by Stanwax Laser.
We keep a good stock of these products for immediate shipping and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the products and their usage.

First Contact™ is available in solution or spray forms & each is available in two colours (red or clear). Red dyed first contact is ideal for coating an optic prior to storage as the film will afford protection of the surface and wlll allow the part to be instantly cleaned when its ready for next use.

First Contact™ is ideally suited to cleaning what would otherwise be considered difficult or uncleanable optics.
It has been proven to be useful for astrononomical optics and laser optics and can also be used for cleaning optical windows, lenses* gratings and nano structures. We have used it for removing adhesive residue on an aluminium panel prior to anodising and to clean the facet of a high power laser diode. First Contat™ has also found favour with the photographic community for lenses and filters and we shall shortly be launching a static dispersing product for use with CCD devices.
