Items listed on the site with Google Checkout Buy It now buttons are in stock items and should be dispatched as soon as funds have cleared. Factory order items will take between 7 and 10 days depending on the shipping method and any customs delays which are out of our hands. Prices quoted include delivery (unless stated otherwise) and there will be no surcharges or duties applied upon delivery. Quotes will be valid for 7 days from the date given but due to the volatile nature of the exchange rate at the time or writing this is the longest we can honor a quote.

All prices include shipping, which for small items such as dichros or PBS cubes will by Royal Mail first class post. Larger more valuable items will be shipped using Royal Mail Special delivery with appropriate insurance. Once a delivery has been posted we are not responsible for delays in posting. You will be informed by email once your goods have been posted. The email will informing you, which method the goods have been sent and when to expect delivery. Once you receive this information the responsibility for delivery is in the hands of the post office. We reserve the right to make shipments using alternative couriers as and when required.
