| If for some reason you are not happy with your Laser-wave product you can ship it back to us within 14-days for a refund. Stock items will be fully refunded as long as the goods are in UNUSED condition. Items that have been ordered in from the factory on special order will be subject to a restocking fee of 10%. Faulty items can be returned for repair or replacement within the warrant period. In all cases the return shipping & insurance costs will be the responsibility of the sender. |
