Our new range of Red Diode Lasers are available in power outputs of between 150mW and 350mW and in 640nm & 650nm types as listed in the table above. These modules meet the demands of modern light show applications with excellent beam properties that are now possible due to advances in laser diode design. They come complete with TTL and Analogue Blanking, Active (TEC) cooling, and either a combination PSU/driver unit or with separate psu/driver depending on the model.
Note stated power is a minimum value - our lasers are normally shipped with outputs in excess of the rated value.
